We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand how our preorder process works.

Preorders and made-to-order items

Team Tuivasa Drop 001 is a preorder collection. Orders are accepted before production begins, and items are produced based on customer orders.

Preorders close on 6 November 2026. Production is expected to begin after the preorder window closes.

Estimated dispatch is 3–5 weeks after preorders close, subject to supplier confirmation. Delivery time is additional.

Change-of-mind returns

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect size selection.

Please review our size guides and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your preorder, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will consider cancellation requests before production begins. Once production has commenced, cancellations for change of mind may not be possible.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
