1. About Team Tuivasa

Team Tuivasa is an Australian-based clothing brand offering boxing-inspired training apparel and merchandise.

Our products are available through our Shopify online store.

2. Products and Availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizing information and pricing.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and manufacturing processes.

We reserve the right to update product information, pricing and availability where permitted by law.

3. Preorders — Drop 001

Team Tuivasa Drop 001 is a made-to-order preorder collection.

Official preorder period: 16 October – 6 November 2026.

Orders may also be accepted before the official promotional launch on 16 October.

Production is expected to begin after preorders close on 6 November 2026.

Estimated dispatch is 3–5 weeks after preorders close, subject to supplier confirmation. Shipping time is additional.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that your items are not available for immediate dispatch.

If significant production or delivery delays occur, we will communicate updates and address customer requests in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Payment is collected in full when an order is placed.

Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Orders are subject to payment authorisation and acceptance.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be dispatched once production is complete and the items are ready for shipment.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier.
