We understand that circumstances can change, so we've outlined how cancellations work for our preorder collections.

1. Preorder Information

Team Tuivasa Drop 001 is a made-to-order clothing collection.

• Early orders accepted from 9 October 2026.

• Official preorder launch: 16 October 2026.

• Preorders close: 6 November 2026.

• Production is expected to begin after preorders close.

Full payment is collected when a preorder is placed.

2. Cancelling Before Production

If you wish to cancel your preorder before production begins, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests received before 6 November 2026 will be accepted for a full refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, with processing times depending on your payment provider.

3. Cancelling After Production Begins

Once production has commenced, we generally cannot accept cancellations for change of mind because products are being made specifically for customer orders.

However, we will review individual circumstances and comply with all applicable consumer laws.

4. Changes to Your Order

If you need to change your size, product or delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.

Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

5. Production Delays or Unavailable Products

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you to discuss the available options, including a refund where appropriate.
